Preferred medium: acrylic.

My Main preoccupation at the moment is landscape painting, usually involving water in some form, having grown up in wild Wales and having been told to always paint what you know this is not surprising.

The challenge of depicting the ever changing nature of flowing water, still water and its reflections and waterfalls, is something that I find I am compelled to attempt.

The majority of my working life was spent in Liverpool teaching art.

Since retirement I have made every effort to, hopefully, improve my ability to render landscape images that are faithful to the reality I see.
